Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has delayed the onboarding of over 200 lateral recruits by three months, Moneycontrol reported. The delays have reportedly impacted recruits from several regions including Bengaluru, Pune, Kochi, Delhi NCR, Bhubaneswar and Indore. The affected recruits, who come with 1.8 to up to 15 years of experience, were hired between January and April, the report said.
