BMRCL installs first automated external defibrillator at Kempegowda metro station

The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has installed the first Automated External Defibrillators (AED) at Kempegowda station. The defibrillators are automated portable devices designed to treat people undergoing sudden cardiac arrest which will help to avoid deaths arising from cardiac situations. BMRCL has trained its staff and officials to use it to ensure timely help.
