India has reported 5,221 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours and 15 more deaths, according to the Union Health Ministry. This comes a day after the country recorded 5,076 COVID-19 cases. Active cases in the country stood at 47,176, while the daily positivity rate stood at 2.82%.
