Both models are powered by 13th Gen Intel Core processors, with the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 also available with an AMD 7000 series processor. Those interested in the Intel variant can go with the 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processor or opt for a 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1335U processor whereas the AMD version is powered by the Ryzen 5 7530U processor and is slightly more expensive compared to its Intel counterpart.
