Reacting to CM Arvind Kejriwal's statement that Delhi would be safest place if law and order was under AAP government, Union Minister Meenakashi Lekhi said that how can he be given law and order control when his own MLAs were involved in Delhi riots. "The person who does not understand the law is sitting as the Chief Minister," she added.
