Addressing a rally in Maharashtra, Home Minister Amit Shah said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi insults India when he goes abroad. "One should not discuss the country's internal politics in a foreign country," he added. Shah further said, "Rahul Baba doesn't speak here but does it abroad as there are very few people who listen to him within the country."
