Congress, which emerged as the single-largest party with 135 seats in the 2023 Karnataka Assembly elections, also had the highest vote share of 42.88% (1,67,89,272 votes). BJP, which won 66 seats, had a vote share of 36% (1,40,96,529 votes). Further, JD(S) had a vote share of 13.29% (52,05,489 votes).
